Learn how to properly engage and work your pelvic floor to support you and baby throughout your pregnancy and aid in recovery post birth.

Your pelvic floor is simply amazing! This hammock of muscle supports your growing baby throughout pregnancy, as well as it is doing its day job of supporting your pelvic organs and allowing you to go to the loo or hold it a little longer. Its CV is pretty extensive really, so learning to properly engage and work your pelvic floor for pregnancy is vital to be able to deal with the increasing weight of your baby, placenta and fluid.
