EQUIPMENT NEEDED for lift lean Power
- A pair of weights the same weight, they need to be challenging
- A second pair of heavier weights (preferable but not essential)
- A kettlebell or alternative heavier weight (preferable but not essential)
- A resistance band (preferable but not essential)
- A step (preferable but not essential)
